In 1808 King Friedrich von Württemberg did just that. He visited the 'Health Resort' that stood where the Parkhotel now stands. Since then, the saying has been the same: The guests will be welcomed like Royalty, taken care of and served daily. That is Bönigen, that is Looser's Parkhotel.
